Information you provide

When you submit a contact, consulting, or organization inquiry, we collect the information entered in the form, such as your name, email, optional phone and organization, topic, and message. If you opt into updates, we also record that choice.

Member identity and access

If you use Member Access, ChatGPT provides this site with an account-specific identifier, your email address, and—when available—your display name. We use that information to record your access request, let the owner approve or revoke access, and protect member materials. AI Over 50 EDU does not receive your ChatGPT password.

Lesson progress

When you mark a lesson complete, we store the course, lesson, completion time, and your account identifier so you can resume learning. This is self-reported progress, not a verified assessment or certification.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your request, provide services you ask about, manage protected learning access, and—only when you opt in—send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

This website uses hosting, identity, and database providers to operate the site and securely store submissions and access records. Those providers process information on our behalf.

Retention and choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your submitted information through the contact form.

AI safety

Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information through forms or AI prompts.
